Another week of homemade smoothies. Actually, i was planning to make apple smoothies but i am not sure if my present blender can do the job. I am not interested to try and break it, so for now, i’ll just stick to softer fruits. I need to do survey on other types of blenders. I thought if i have to cut the apples or pears into small pieces, i better just eat them.
Since i like strawberries and banana, here i am making another type of smoothies using those two fruits. I just need to add an orange. Easy mix and match.
There are many versions of smoothies ingredients out there. You can add chia seeds, vanilla powder, yogurt, almond, almond milk, mint leaves or other special ingredients. As for me, i like to make use whatever easy ingredients i can find which are good enough to turn them into smoothies.
EASY HOMEMADE ORANGE STRAWBERRIES AND BANANA SMOOTHIES
INGREDIENTS (*these are for 1 set of smoothies*)
- 1 medium orange
- 7-8 strawberries (M/L size)
- small banana
- 1 cup of milk ( i’m using HL MARIGOLD)
- 2 teaspoons of honey
- Cut orange, strawberries and banana into smaller chunks,
- In a blender, put in all the ingredients,
- Blend until smooth.
There is no need to add in water because the orange will transforms into liquid.
